Cancellation and Replacement Policy

- In case of impossibility to attend the event, the participant must contact IBRC in writing, at least 5 (five) business days in advance of the date planned for the event.

- In case of cancellation within the deadline above, the amount paid may be converted into credits to be used at the event, or at another event, of equal value, on the available dates and free of charge. In case your preference is for withdrawal rather than for the credit, you will be refunded 60% of the paid amount; the other 40% will be kept to cover administrative fees. Refund will take place up to thirty days after request.

For cancellations and transfers that occur by IBRC, disabling the participant’s attendance, the credit is an option; the amount will be fully refunded and will take place up to ten days after the cancellation communication, if refund is the participant’s choice.

Non-attendance, communicated in less than five business days, will not imply withdrawal, only replacement or use of credit at another time, or replacement for the event at issue, free of charges.

Absence does not exempt from payment.

IBRC reserves the right to change the dates, times, and venues, or even cancel the schedule, according to the number of participants, at any time. In these cases, all of those registered will be notified as soon as possible.
