In general the 12th FBRC was good:

And we have started very well! Greeting our speakers with a nice welcome coffee lined up with a refreshing sparkling wine Demisecda Pizzato Vinhas e Vinhos, our awarded partner from the Vale dos Vinhedos. The first FBRC 2014 innovation which has surprised and pleased all of the speakers from the very beginning.

Differentiated pampering and innovated actions was not missing at the 12th FBRC. Such as an unusual labor gymnastics that has moved the audience people… was so good to see… At that very moment, the announcement of gifts under some of the chairs was the hottest moment.
Following, the first CEO’s panel, where the theme couldn’t be other than INNOVATION! And it was discussed under several aspects by the present companies. Innovation by the approach way at the customer services & care and products that delivers a differential relationship.
With the presence of Fabio Fontainha, from Citibank, João Carlos Regado, from Golden Cross, Enrico Zito, from Whirlpool, and by the moderation of Lucas Amorim from exame Magazine And Alexandre Diogo, the debate has began. (Click here to read more)
Continuing PDB Presidents Panel , took the stage , Leocadio Antunes , Ipiranga , Marcio Kumruian , Denmark Netshoes , Roberto Barroso to BB & Mapfre Group and finishing , Salim Maroun , make Outback . Next the so expected trophies and certifications awards to the ranked companies among the 25 best general ranking and the best sectoral. The award was gifted by the André Lahoz, Exame Magazine director, presence, who has began with highlighting the value of the Ranking for the magazine and the refinement of the partnership with IBRC which has been a success for 5 years.
One more IBRC innovation at that moment of awards. Alexandre Diogo has told that among the 25 companies, looking specifically for the 3td stage, which is the auditing of the call centers quality, via secret customer, catching the companies which the call centers are outsourced and that at this stage had performance above 80%, it was observed that 50% of them had the Atento as services supplier, such as novelty and special award, IBRC delivered to Atento, the trophy of the Best Customer Service Call Center of Exame Magazine IBRC 2014.
During the competitive lunch, also accompanied by 3 of the bests Pizzatto’s brands, the on side people were surprised by a flash mob performance that mixed the most different rhythms, from Carmina Burana and Carll Off to the sound of Gonzaguinha, making through Mc leozinho which was a blast, no doubts!
Returning from lunch, one more big innovation from IBRC: a lecture by the sound of jazz, was the background for Daniel Maudonnet, from Noneto, to show with mastery, and no pun intended, the relation between the jazz and the corporate innovation. With plenty music and interactivity, motivating the participation of the public, Daniel walk through the story of jazz and addressed the challenges of leadership and the keys for the balanced relationship: rhythm, innovation and information!
All by the sound of the purest and fantastic jazz played by Maudonnet quartet.
After that, the Panel of cases where, Bradesco, Oi, and Volkswagen showed in a few screens, why they’re in the 2014 ranking, presenting the challenge, the solution and the results taken and what is the impact of it inside the organizations. (Click here to read more)
After a fast pause, because no one is made of iron, and our Coffee has invited everyone for one more experience with flavors and aromas in a sympathetic break before the following panels.
Back to the plenary, the participants could enjoy the third CEO’s Panel, a different and innovating proposal from IBRC, because it has counted on the presence of women and women only!
High executives inside their companies that make difference and that set a trend on the market, the one the puts women at the first echelon. Came up to the stage to discuss “Women at the first echelon – An innovation in Brazilian companies? The CEOs Luiza Helena, from Magazine Luiza, Roberta Antunes, from Hotel Urbano, Ghislaine Bubrule, from Tok & Stok and the Natura VPs, Josie Peressinoto Romero, and Corporate business from Walmart, Daniela De Fiori.
Mediated by Claudia Vassalo, that a few days before the event used to be Abril’s superintendent of technology and business, but who has continued in the program as someone who has bet on partnership with IBRC. Claudia used to be Exame Magazine's redaction director when the Exame IBRC ranking was launched.

Alexandre, that barely hold himself to not participate of the exclusive women’s panel, concluded by thanking and highlighting how much innovating that was what just had happened and that that was IBRC's dream that came true, to have a panel made only by women. Following this he invited Claudia Vasallo to deliver the trophies and certificates along him to the executive women of the Panel.
